Jesus made a powerful statement in John 8:32, “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” This series and this training guide are all about helping and equipping you to lead people to those truths found in the Bible. Where they will learn biblical truths about God, their identity, the enemy, and much more.
 
Truth is more than knowledge. It’s a person, and His name is Jesus. He said as much in John 14:6, “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life.’”
 
I’m SO excited that you are about to embark on a journey to help others change their life forever! This is a key statement. Each step of this journey builds upon one another to draw them closer to God. As you lead people through the process don’t skip around the content.
 
Each module moves you and them forward and upward. Encourage everyone not to rush through the modules. Don’t skip or bounce around. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide each participant through each module and each day.
 
Some days will be fast, others not so fast. While this is a self-guiding study, you as a group leader will help each participant through every step of their unique journey. The evil one will try and stop people from attending. Pray over the group. Make sure to hold each one accountable to come every week when you meet. In person meetings really transform people. Even if they can’t keep up with the work, that’s fine. Encourage them to attend no matter what.
 
This is their unique journey. Don’t let them get caught up comparing their experience with others. Each one will have unique experiences that require unique transformation and timing.
 
My prayer today is that God will pour out many blessings over you because of your faithfulness to lead. Guide each participant to the feet of Jesus with every step. There, they will never look at God, themself, and others the same way. It will transform every part of their life into the very image of Jesus Christ.
