We accept returns or exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email contact@humenik.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
